Experteer Overview
In this role you lead cross-functional teams to deliver operation-ready data centre sites across EMEA, aligning permitting with construction and design.

You partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, manage risk, and accelerate approvals.

You influence complex land development programs and contribute to Microsoft’s pre-construction efforts for its CO+I datacentre portfolio.

You drive a culture of inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting scalable, sustainable infrastructure for the cloud.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Urban Planning or equivalent
• Proven ability to shape strategy, inspire teams, and drive execution
• Substantial portfolio management, real estate, or office management experience and people management experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud Background Check and security screening requirements
