PEAK SPEEDY, a U.S.-based TikTok MCN company, is collaborating with Alibaba on the Accio Work project. We are looking for content creators, influencers, community organizers, and aspiring presenters based across Europe to participate in this contract-based project.

This is an independent project collaboration with PEAK SPEEDY. It is not a full-time or part-time employment position with PEAK SPEEDY or Alibaba.

About Accio Work

Accio Work is an AI-powered business platform developed by Alibaba. It helps users complete practical business tasks such as market research, content creation, product sourcing, marketing, SEO/GEO, website development, and workflow automation.

Selected creators will receive project training from the Alibaba project team before hosting Accio Work presentation sessions.

What You Will Do

- Complete the required project training
- Organize and host online or in-person Accio Work sessions
- Deliver approximately 30 minutes of presentation content
- Host approximately 15 minutes of audience Q&A;
- Organize at least 30 real and verifiable participants for each session
- Promote the session through your social media, university, professional, or community network
- Follow the project guidelines and complete the required attendance verification

Event Format

Sessions may be held online or in person.

For online sessions, the platform and format are adaptable. Presenters may use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, TikTok LIVE, YouTube Live, or another suitable livestreaming or online meeting platform.

Each session should last approximately 45 minutes and include at least 30 real participants.

Participant Verification To verify attendance and confirm that the session meets the project requirements:

- The presenter may be asked to submit a participant list before the session




- A member of the Alibaba project team may join the livestream or online meeting to observe the session
- After the session, participants will be invited to join the designated Alibaba project group for attendance confirmation and project follow-up
- Final attendance will be determined using the submitted participant information and the project’s verification records

Who We Are Looking For
- Currently based in Europe
- Content creators, influencers, student leaders, community organizers, event hosts, or presenters
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of an audience
- Able to organize at least 30 real participants for each session
- Interested in AI, business, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, marketing, sourcing, or content creation
- Previous presentation or event experience is preferred but not required

Language Preferences

Spanish, English, and Mandarin Chinese are preferred. Candidates who speak other European languages are also encouraged to apply.
