Role Description The Accountant at GTS Hispanic is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

The Accountant prepares financial statements and reports, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensures compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, assisting with audits, and collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate financial information for decision-making.



The Accountant will contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and support the company’s growth and international expansion from a financial perspective.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in general accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems; advanced skills in Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance standards, and audit processes.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to interpret financial data for business decisions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Santa Lucía de Tirajana, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the technology or services sector and familiarity with international business environments is an advantage.
