All Nations Wholesale, S.L. is a B2B distributor of ethnic and international FMCG products. We serve wholesale business buyers across Spain, Sweden, and Slovakia. We are a single-vendor distributor: we sell our own products, not a marketplace.

The Role

We are hiring an Accounting Assistant to support our Spanish accounting operation. You will work onsite at our Spain office, handling day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our Valencia office. You will use Holded, our accounting software, for invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.

What You'll Do

● Process supplier and customer invoices in Holded

● Reconcile bank statements and accounts

● Support month-end and year-end closing

● Maintain accurate financial records across our three operating sites (Spain, Sweden, Slovakia)





● Assist with VAT and international tax documentation

● Prepare basic financial reports for management

● Coordinate with the Valencia finance team on daily accounting tasks

What You Bring

● 2-3 years of accounting experience

● Knowledge of international accounting practices

● Experience with cloud accounting software (Holded experience is a plus)

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Comfortable coordinating daily with a team based in Spain

● English proficiency (written and spoken)

● Ability to work hours that overlap with Spanish business hours (CET)

Note: Candidate from Benaguasil, València will be preffered
