? MejorSet is hiring an After Sales Technician!

At MejorSet, an international padel court manufacturer, we want to keep raising the level of service we give our clients and distributors. That is why we are looking for someone to join our After Sales team, with a profile that combines technical knowledge and a commercial mindset.

? What will your mission be?

You will be the point of contact for our clients and distributors on technical issues, supporting them from the moment a problem comes in through to its resolution and closure.

But we want to go one step further. We want After Sales to also be a source of insight: a way to identify where problems originate, stop them from happening again, and keep improving our products and processes.

What will your day to day look like?

· Communication and support for international clients and distributors.

· Logging, tracking and follow up of every incident.

· Technical analysis and diagnosis using photographs, videos, drawings and project documentation.

· Identifying the true origin of each incident: manufacturing, installation, logistics, transport, supplier or client.

· Coordination with Production, Projects, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics and Quality to define the solution.

· Managing and tracking spare parts, technical assistance, replacements and interventions.

· Ongoing communication with the client until the incident is resolved and closed.

· Root cause analysis of incidents.

· Contributing to the definition of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).





· Spotting recurring incidents and proposing improvements to products and processes.

? Who are we looking for?

Someone organised and solutions driven, able to understand a problem technically and, at the same time, manage it well with the client.

Requirements

· Technical qualification: Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior) in Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Industrial Maintenance or similar.

· Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.

· Strong communication skills and a clear focus on the client.

· Analytical skills, organisation and the ability to coordinate across departments.

· Confident use of office software and management systems.

· High level of English, essential, both spoken and written, as you will work daily with international clients and distributors.

· Availability to work on site at our facilities in Crevillente (Alicante, Spain).

Previous experience in industrial after sales, manufacturing, metal structures, machinery, construction or B2B technical support will be valued.

· Salary of 25,000 to 30,000€ gross per year, depending on experience.
