? What are we looking for?

- ? 6+ years of experience in AI, Data, Machine Learning, or Digital Product environments, with fluent English and experience working in international settings.
- ? Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies , including NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning pipelines, cloud-based AI services, and modern AI ecosystems.
- ? Proven experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams of AI Engineers and Data Scientists , fostering innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- ? Define and execute the AI strategy and product roadmap , identifying high-value use cases and transforming PoCs into scalable, market-ready solutions.




- ? Drive business development, pre-sales, and client engagement activities , helping shape proposals, close opportunities, and expand AI offerings.
- ? Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across international markets to align AI initiatives with business needs and growth objectives.
- ? Define AI value propositions, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to maximize commercial success and market differentiation.
- ⚙️ Ensure the successful delivery of production-ready AI solutions , balancing innovation, scalability, maintainability, and measurable business outcomes.
