To support the acceleration of AI & Digital Transformation across the Mediterranean Region, Redion is looking for an AI Technology Product Specialist. Reporting to the Regional AI Manager and working closely with Group AI teams and local business and IT stakeholders in Italy, Spain and Portugal, you will contribute to the design, development and rollout of AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically curious professional who wants to grow in applied AI, automation and Gen AI within a complex, international environment.

Key Responsabilities AI Solution Development & Support Contribute to the development and configuration of AI solutions, including chatbots, copilots, automation workflows and data-driven use cases. Support prototyping and testing activities, helping transform business ideas into working proofs of concept. Assist in the industrialization and deployment of AI solutions on the Group AI Platform.

Support

Group AI roles in requirements analysis, documentation and solution design. AI Operations & Continuous Improvement Monitor solution performance and KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement and optimization. Learning & Innovation Stay up to date on Gen AI, LLMs and automation technologies.

You enjoy learning by doing and experimenting with new technologies. You pay attention to quality, documentation and follow-through. Comfortable working in English in a regional context.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related fields.

Experience:1–3 years of experience in software development, data, automation or AI-related roles. Initial exposure to AI, machine learning or Gen AI projects is a strong plus.



Familiarity of Python and data libraries (e.g.

Pandas, Num Py). Basic experience with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS). Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio) is a plus. Power BI).

Languages: English & Spanish: professional working proficiency (B2 or higher). Italian is a plus.
