Position:
Roc360 is looking for an analyst/associate to join our growing Capital Markets Execution Team (CME). We are expanding our platform to make it easier for everyone to buy, renovate, and invest in residential real estate.
As a CME team member, you will support the financing, trading, and portfolio management of Roc360-originated loans. You will also work with cross-functional teams to help grow the firm’s origination business, reduce risk, and deliver innovative products for our clients. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to learn Roc360’s business with the potential to take on increasing responsibility over time.
Responsibilities will include:
· Allocate, reconcile, and settle daily warehouse funding, coordinating closely with banking partners to ensure timely execution and support the firm’s liquidity requirements.
· Execute and facilitate trade settlements. Liaison with trade counterparties, respond to inquiries, and resolve settlement or trade-related issues promptly.
· Collaborate with Roc360 Advisors’ portfolio managers on both recurring responsibilities and ad hoc projects, ensuring accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and risk oversight.
· Assist in building and enhancing trading, financing, and portfolio management systems, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
· Support senior leadership on high-priority ad hoc initiatives, providing research, analysis, and execution support as needed.
· Oversee the due diligence exception clearing process, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with investor and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
· Fluency in English and ability to work full time through English.
· BS/BA degree or higher, preferably in a related field such as Finance, Economics,
Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
· CFA (or working towards) or similar designation.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
· Title/level will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and background.
· Capability to work independently across various levels in the organization.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and execution skills.
· Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
· Team-oriented and highly collaborative personality.
