We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist based in Spain to partner closely with leadership in driving market expansion for advanced microsegmentation solutions. Your primary focus will be opening doors and closing opportunities within the financial services sector, helping institutions achieve strict compliance with critical frameworks such as NIS2, PCI-DSS (v4.0), and DORA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Growth: Identify, qualify, and develop new strategic sales opportunities across banks, insurance firms, and fintechs in Spain.
- Consultative Selling: Present the value proposition of microsegmentation solutions, aligning core technical capabilities with regulatory compliance requirements (NIS2, PCI-DSS, DORA).
- End-to-End Pipeline Management: Drive the complete sales cycle from targeted prospecting and introductory meetings to negotiation and deal closing.
- Strategic Partnership:



Act as a core go-to-market partner, building trusted, long-term relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and compliance executives.

Requirements:

- Location: Based in Spain with authorization to work (hybrid or remote arrangement).
- Experience: 3–5+ years in B2B cybersecurity sales or business development.
- Industry Focus: Proven track record selling directly into the financial services sector.
- Regulatory Understanding: Strong grasp of key regulatory frameworks (NIS2, PCI-DSS, DORA) and how Zero Trust/microsegmentation architectures solve compliance mandates.
- Languages: Native or bilingual Spanish; professional fluency in English (C1+).
