Mission : We're looking for a Commercial Finance Director to lead strategic financial advisory and drive commercial performance across our operations in Iberia (~1000M€). You'll lead a talented, high-performing, multicultural team (~15 people), shape financial strategy, and partner with senior leaders to unlock growth and value creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis to drive commercial performance across business units.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights on pricing, margin management, and revenue optimization.
- Direct multiple finance teams to deliver trusted financial data and simplified processes in a digital environment.
- Identify risks and opportunities through advanced financial analysis and influence key business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience : We are looking for a Business Finance Director, a solid Head of Business Controlling with at least 6-8 years of experience in similar roles / responsibilities within a matrix organization with multicultural environment. We are looking for a blend of a Commercial Finance Director, an FP&A; Director, and a strategic business partner to the Executive Leadership Team, with a strong focus on pricing, margin optimization, profitability,



and strategic business support rather than traditional accounting or financial control in B2B environments. This is a highly value-driven role, centered on influencing commercial decisions and driving business performance. Key requirements:
- Business Acumen : Expert in translating financial insights into strategic recommendations that drive growth, profitability, pricing effectiveness, and value creation.
- Stakeholder Management: Solid experience influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional priorities across complex organizations.
- Profitability Analysis: Strong track record evaluating business performance and identifying value creation opportunities.
- Commercial Finance: Deep experience supporting commercial decisions, margin optimization, pricing strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transformation, simplification, and digitalization initiatives.
- Financial Risk Management: Strong capability to assess risks and support sound business decisions in complex environments.
- Data, Digital & AI Orientation: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights through modern visualization, analytics and AI-enabled tools. Comfortable navigating finance data ecosystems and understanding end-to-end data flows across ERP, reporting and performance management platforms.
