Main Responsibilities Project & Program Management

- Lead complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Translate broad objectives into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, deliverables and KPIs.
- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving projects forward with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers, and take ownership of resolving them.
- Establish effective project governance, reporting and follow-up mechanisms.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Lead projects that may require navigating specialized or regulated areas, such as regulatory, compliance or quality-related initiatives, working with internal and external subject-matter experts when needed.
- Rapidly build sufficient understanding of unfamiliar or complex topics to structure the problem, identify requirements and dependencies, ask the right questions and drive the project to completion.
- Effectively coordinate subject-matter experts without needing to be the technical expert, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, decision-making and execution.

Data Governance & Data-Driven Operations

- Lead the design and implementation of Ailin’s company-wide data governance framework.
- Map key data sources, flows, definitions, ownership and dependencies across teams and processes.
- Establish clear data ownership,



governance principles and processes to improve data quality, consistency and reliability.
- Define and monitor operational KPIs and develop robust reporting mechanisms.
- Use data to identify issues, understand root causes, monitor performance and support operational decision-making.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear data requirements, working effectively with technical stakeholders when needed.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Map, assess and redesign operational processes across different areas of the company.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual work, quality issues and scalability constraints through both process analysis and data.
- Design and implement more efficient, robust and scalable ways of working.
- Establish appropriate controls, KPIs, documentation and governance around key processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation and impact measurement.
- Help evolve manual or ad-hoc processes into structured and scalable operating models.
- Ensure new processes and ways of working are effectively embedded across teams.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Act as a strong project counterpart for internal stakeholders, pharmaceutical clients and other healthcare partners.
- Lead project meetings, communicate progress clearly and ensure rigorous follow-up and accountability.
- Translate stakeholder and client needs into clear operational requirements and implementation plans.
- Navigate complex or ambiguous situations with autonomy, pragmatism and sound judgment.
- Communicate complex information in a structured, concise and actionable way.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in consulting or another highly structured,



project-based environment.
- Exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a good understanding of how the ecosystem operates. Familiarity with areas such as market access, patient pathways, healthcare stakeholders or reimbursement would be highly valued.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, with demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with data to structure problems, identify root causes, define KPIs and monitor performance.
- Experience or strong familiarity with data governance, data quality, data ownership or data management concepts would be highly valued. This is not a technical data role, but the candidate should be comfortable operating at the intersection of business, operations and data.
- Strong process improvement / operational excellence mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with a demonstrated ability to quickly understand unfamiliar or technically complex topics and translate them into structured, actionable project plans.
- Comfortable leading projects in regulated or highly complex environments, knowing when to build knowledge independently and when to leverage subject-matter experts.
- High degree of ownership and autonomy: able to take a problem or objective and drive it forward without requiring detailed instructions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Pragmatic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
