About the Role

We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Madrid team in a full-time, hybrid role. You'll be the main point of contact for clients navigating rental property transactions, guiding them through every stage with a consultative, service-first approach. Partial work-from-home flexibility is available.

What You'll Do

- Build and manage relationships with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle




- Advise clients on residential and commercial property opportunities in the Madrid market
- Negotiate terms on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes
- Stay current on local real estate regulations, market trends, and pricing
- Represent SafeStays' premium brand standards in every client interaction

What We're Looking For

- Bilingual Spanish-English or Bilingual English-Italian required
- Strong sales acumen and real estate market knowledge
- Skilled negotiator with a client-first mindset
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple relationships at once
- Familiarity with Madrid's real estate regulations and practices
