At Bison Brands, we are looking for an EU Commercial Developer to support the growth of our Grocery category across the European market.

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional who can turn market and retail data into business opportunities, working closely with international and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in commercial, analytical, business development, or Retail-related roles.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Technical skills: Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of the European Retail market and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Analysis: Monitor Sell-in/Sell-out performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Business Development:



Identify potential retail partners and support commercial proposals.
- Forecasting & KPIs: Support sales forecasts, dashboards, and commercial performance reporting.
- Market Strategy: Analyze the European Retail landscape, competitors, pricing, and margins.
- Value Chain: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the distribution process.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Logistics, Marketing, and Finance teams.

What We Offer
- €27,000 gross annual salary + up to 30% variable compensation.
