Scope and delivery conditions

- 100% onsite presence, working 08:00–17:00.

- Assignment duration: one year.

- Expected start: as soon as possible.

- Close collaboration with engineering and operations teams in China.

- Chinese and English language skills are highly desirable.

- International candidates meeting the technical requirements will also be considered.

The DBA will be responsible for:

- Database and middleware operations and architecture governance.

- On-call support and resolution of cloud-resource performance issues.

- Database and middleware standards, governance and migrations.

- Application operations and production releases.

- Container-application management standards.

- Improving application-resource utilisation.

Key competencies include:

- Linux, TCP/IP and HTTP.

- Prometheus and Grafana.

- GDPR and data protection.

- At least one relational database, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- At least one caching technology, such as Redis or Memcached.

- Understanding of large language models and agent-development frameworks is also requested.

Hourly rate: 30 Eur - 35 Eur/h
