Ready to shape the digital media presence of iconic global brands? ?? We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our Integrated Media strategy (Paid, Earned, Owned) for assigned brands within De'Longhi Group Spain!

Step into the role of a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist and join our dynamic team to execute and optimize our integrated media ecosystem. Working side-by-side with Brand Managers, PR/media agencies, and creator partners, your mission is clear: ensure our brands stop the scroll, capture market share, and deliver unmatched digital ROI. Your ultimate goal? To amplify brand visibility, leverage rigorous media analytics, and drive data-backed commercial growth across all digital touchpoints.
- Your Impact

Integrated Paid Media: Define and execute paid media campaigns (Paid Social, Search/PPC, Programmatic, Display) for assigned portfolio brands, continually optimizing for maximum ROAS and cost efficiency (CPA). Social Media &
- Influencer Ecosystem: Lead end-to-end influencer marketing across nano, micro, and macro creators. Adapt global campaigns to local cultural moments, oversee community management/social listening, and boost content performance via paid amplification and testing.

Media Analytics &
- Performance Insights: Track campaign performance using GA4 and media dashboards, run creative A/B testing, and translate data into actionable insights for commercial and brand leadership.

Brand PR &
- Earned Media: Lead press communications, product sample seeding, influencer gifting, media events, and native publisher partnerships to drive top-of-mind brand awareness.

E-Commerce &
- CRM Support:



Provide local support to ensure promotional assets are aligned for peak commercial pushes and supply assets for CRM drops.

Job Profile

- What You Bring

Experience: 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in Integrated Media (Paid Social, Search, Influencer Marketing, PR) and Media Analytics (FMCG or Consumer Electronics background highly valued), alongside a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Tech &

- Analytics Tools: Advanced expertise in GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, attribution dashboards, and social listening platforms.

Skills &
- Mindset: A data-driven mindset focused on optimizing ROAS/CPA, paired with financial discipline for media budgets, creative flair for creator content, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Languages &
- Mobility: Fluency in Spanish and business professional English, with the availability to travel as needed.
