You will design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure, identity platforms, endpoint management solutions, and SaaS applications. 7+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology, or similar roles. Strong hands-on JAMF administration experience in a macOS-heavy environment.

Proven experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, particularly Microsoft Entra ID. Expertise in endpoint management, including device compliance, software deployment, patch management, and lifecycle management. Advanced scripting and automation skills, with a track record of building scalable IT automation solutions.

Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis when needed.





Experience managing and optimizing macOS endpoints through enterprise MDM solutions. Strong understanding of SaaS administration, collaboration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to improve IT processes, workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency. Strong customer-service mindset and experience supporting senior stakeholders and business-critical teams. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Experience working in a technology company or engineering-led environment. Knowledge of endpoint security controls and secure-by-design IT operations.

Experience with automation platforms and/or configuration management solutions at scale. Previous experience mentoring colleagues and serving as a senior technical reference within an IT team. Relevant certifications in JAMF, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, IT Service Management (ITIL), or Security and Compliance frameworks.
