THE ROLE

- Plan, host and facilitate events for Lockdown, Coffeemin, ThinkOut and V-Room

- Handle day to day operations of Lockdown, Coffeemin and V-Room, including the responsibilities of the part-timers

- Design and prepare marketing materials

- Attend to customers enquiries about events.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

- Able to prioritize work, multi-tasking and follow-up with an eye for detail

- Quick thinker and problem solver

- Confident in speaking to a group of people

- Willing to work on public holidays and weekends if necessary

- Excellent oral, written and good interpersonal skills

- Good Photoshop/Design skills will be advantageous

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
