Role Description The France Marketplace Manager (E-commerce) will oversee and grow Naturalex's presence on French online marketplaces, ensuring optimal visibility, sales performance, and brand consistency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Náquera, focused on managing product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and catalog updates on platforms such as Amazon, Carrefour, and mainly Cdiscount.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales and performance metrics, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. The role involves coordinating with marketing, logistics,



and customer service teams to ensure stock availability, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The position also requires creating and optimizing content in line with marketplace requirements, managing relationships with marketplace account managers, and preparing regular performance reports.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage marketplace operations, drive conversions, and support revenue growth.
- Solid Marketing skills to plan and execute marketplace campaigns, optimize product positioning, and enhance brand visibility.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with marketplace partners, and provide clear reporting.
- Native or bilingual French required, plus advanced Spanish; English is a plus.
- Experience in marketplace management (e.g., Amazon, Carrefour, Cdiscount) or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of pricing strategies, catalog management, and digital merchandising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Náquera,, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
