We are looking for driven, high-performing sales professionals with deep knowledge in performance marketing to help scale our success story. As a German Speaking Google Ads Sales Specialist, you will take complete ownership of our full-cycle outbound sales process.

Focusing on the DACH e-commerce market (a pool of roughly 30,000 online shops), you will build multi-touch outbound campaigns, engage B2B decision-makers, deliver high-value account audits, and close deals. This role requires a proactive, structured approach to prospecting, combined with the technical authority to discuss Google Ads performance opportunities at an eye-level with e-commerce founders and marketing leads. Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead opportunities through the complete pipeline—from cold outreach and lead generation to pitch calls, proposal delivery, and closing.

Multi-Touch Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (Phone, E-Mail, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) using targeted cold-email sequences and consistent telephone follow-ups. Build, curate, and segment lead lists targeting e-commerce brands in the DACH region; Audit & Pitch Strategy: Conduct preliminary Google Ads account audits to identify optimization potential,

CRM & Process Discipline: Maintain clean CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and structured follow-up sequences.

Language: Fluency in German (C2/Muttersprache) is non-negotiable for communicating with DACH e-commerce decision-makers.

Experience: 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1–2 years selling Google Ads or performance marketing agency services. Proven track record in outbound, full-cycle, and account-based sales environments (cold calling, cold emailing, multi-touch sequences). Solid understanding of e-commerce business models and Google Ads mechanics to hold rational, highly competent sales conversations.

Work Ethic & Ownership: High self-organization, discipline, and accountability in a 100% remote working environment. Existing network within the DACH e-commerce ecosystem (€300k–€10M revenue range).

Experience selling complementary e-commerce services (e.g., Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Exclusively inbound or B2C sales background. Lack of functional understanding of Google Ads or E-Commerce key performance indicators.
