We're a fast-growing DTC supplements brand and we spend real money on Facebook and Instagram every day. Static image ads are a big part of what we run, and we need two people making them.

The role

You will work on the visual output the business actually ships: Social assets, product graphics, etc. Most of it is fast, specific and briefed. Some of it is yours to figure out. You have to be creative and know how to deliver high quality content.

The terms, plainly. one month, unpaid, remote. If you do a good job, you're in, paid, obviously.

It exists as a route in: if you are good and there is a role, we would rather hire you than run a search. That is the intention, not a promise, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What the two months look like

Weeks 1-2: Learn the brand rules and produce your first email banners against a real brief.

Weeks 3-6: Own a recurring asset type end to end. Blog imagery, social, product graphics, or funnel and landing page design.

Weeks 7-8: One self-directed piece, ideally a full funnel or landing page laid out end to end, plus a review of everything you made and what it did.

What we will judge

Your work ships without three rounds of corrections on the same note.

You follow the brand rules, and you can say when one of them is wrong.

Speed improves visibly between week two and week seven.

What you bring

Canva and Photoshop.



Comfortable, not expert.

AI design tools. You already use them and can show what you made.

A portfolio, however small. Coursework counts. Show the thing, not the certificate.

Page layout sense. You understand that a funnel page is read in an order, and you design for that order.

You can take a note and apply it without needing it repeated.

Reliable hours, agreed up front. We would rather have twelve dependable hours than a vague forty.

Bonus

Video or motion, even basic.

Any e-commerce or DTC brand work.

Landing page or funnel design, in any builder.
