We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented person with a strong visual eye who wants to learn while working on real projects across different brands, industries, and formats.
You’ll be part of The Co’s creative team, supporting projects across branding, digital content, social media, presentations, campaigns, and other creative materials for our clients.
What we’re looking for:
- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work across different brand identities and visual styles.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on-site in Madrid,
collaborate within a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and adapting creative assets for different clients.
- Supporting branding and visual identity projects.
- Creating content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Designing and laying out presentations.
- Adapting materials across different formats and platforms.
- Participating in brainstorms and creative concept development with the team.
