Join us as an H&S; Technician, where your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our workforce. Imagine conducting periodic inspections to identify potential risks and proposing effective preventive measures that safeguard your colleagues. You will prepare and maintain the occupational risk prevention plan, ensuring it is always up to date.

Engage with workers through informative training sessions on occupational hazards and preventive measures, while investigating any accidents to propose corrective actions. Collaborate closely with the human resources, production, and maintenance teams to foster a culture of safety and compliance with regulations.

How You’ll Make An Impactx

- Identify and evaluate occupational risks present in the workplace, ensuring a proactive approach to safety.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks, making a tangible difference in workplace safety.
- Conduct thorough health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with current regulations, reinforcing our commitment to a safe environment.
- Investigate and analyze incidents and occupational accidents to determine causes and propose corrective actions, enhancing our safety protocols.
- Train and raise awareness among workers about occupational risks and preventive measures, empowering them to contribute to a safer workplace.

What You Bring

- You possess solid knowledge of occupational risk prevention and applicable national legislation, particularly Royal Decree 1627/1997.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and in HV Safety regulation.
- Your analytical ability allows you to identify and evaluate occupational risks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills enable you to convey vital information about risk prevention to workers and teams.
- You are results-oriented, with a proven ability to implement preventive measures effectively.
- Willingness to travel internationally and availability for short/medium-term stays (weeks)
