We´re always on the lookout for spectacular talent. Currently at Burson we are looking for a Health Senior Consultant to join our team in Madrid.

What you'll do:

- Maintain fluid daily communication with clients, supporting the client relationships.
- Actively contribute to the smooth execution of health communication projects, bringing a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to daily tasks.
- Execute integrated communication plans and initiatives, actively bringing fresh ideas to the planning process.
- Help turn insights into concrete communication actions, stories,



and content that drive awareness and engagement.
- Maintain contacts with specialized health journalists as well as general and lifestyle media.
- Draft high-quality communication materials with strong attention to detail (press releases, Q&As;, patient materials, opinion articles and branded content) in both Spanish and English, making complex health topics accessible.
- Support the organization of press conferences, media actions, and daily press office activities.
- Manage relationships with digital influencers and content creators in the health and lifestyle space.
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional agency teams, fostering a positive and cooperative environment.
- Ensure all communication materials align with health sector guidelines and Farmaindustria regulations.

Experience that contributes to success:

- 3- 4 years of experience in health communications within a PR agency or similar environment, working with pharmaceutical companies.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must (C1-C2 level).
- Hands-on experience implementing Disease Awareness campaigns and health communication projects.
- Good contacts and experience dealing with health, general, and lifestyle media.
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills in Spanish, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proactivity, solutions-orientation, and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and Dynamic environments
- Strong team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare communications and Farmaindustria regulatory codes.
