What you’ll do

- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
- Identify and approach high-quality candidates across European markets.
- Use your own sourcing tools, databases, networks and research techniques.
- Apply advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and Boolean/X-ray search.
- Conduct initial candidate qualification and deliver relevant shortlists.

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in Talent Sourcing / Recruitment Sourcing.
- Strong research and candidate identification skills.
- Your own sourcing tools,



databases and professional network.
- Experience with specialist, senior or hard-to-fill profiles.
- Ability to work independently, strategically and at pace.
- Based in Spain and able to legally invoice for freelance services.

Languages

- English — mandatory
- Spanish — mandatory
- German — highly desirable
