My team is cooperating with a well established Private Equity fund based in Spain and they are looking for

Investment Associate level professional with 2-4

years of experience to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deal Sourcing

: Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in Europe.

- Due Diligence

: Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.

- Financial Modeling

: Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.

- Deal Execution

: Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.

- Portfolio Management

: Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies.

Qualifications

:

- MSc degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred);

- Previous experience in private equity or Investment Banking (M&A;);

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills;

- Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities;

- Fluent Spanish.
