Company Description Adapta Living is a real estate investment manager that oversees the full lifecycle of projects, from origination to divestment, across institutional and private markets. Specialized teams manage every phase, including structuring, financing, acquisition, development, operations, and divestment. The firm has a strong track record and long-standing relationships with institutional and private investors.

Role Description The Investment Manager will be responsible for evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities in line with Adapta Living’s strategy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial and market analysis, preparing investment memoranda, leading due diligence processes, and coordinating with internal teams across origination, structuring, financing, and development.

The role also involves monitoring asset performance, updating financial models, preparing reports for investors, and contributing to portfolio optimization decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid,



requiring close collaboration with senior leadership, external partners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in investment management and real estate investments, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and structure deals.
- Solid finance knowledge, including financial modeling, valuation, and understanding of funding structures.
- Relevant academic background, ideally with real estate focus. Technical skills such as architecture and urban planning in addition to finance is a plus
- Experience in real estate investment or asset management in Spain, including familiarity with local market dynamics and regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
