Your Role & Impact

Welcome to the Global IT Governance team at Fresenius Kabi! We create transparency around how IT projects, services and investments are planned, managed and evaluated. By connecting technology and financial perspectives, we support informed decisions on IT priorities, performance and resource allocation. In this role, you will connect budgets, forecasts and performance data with the underlying projects, services and technology decisions. Rather than focusing on traditional Controlling activities, your focus will be on creating reliable planning information, identifying relevant developments and preparing clear financial insights for management decisions.

While working within an established global environment, parts of our planning, reporting and governance landscape are continuing to evolve. This gives you room to contribute your own ideas, take ownership and help shape practical improvements. We are therefore looking for someone with experience at the intersection of IT and Finance who enjoys combining analytical work with actively developing how we work.

What You Will Drive

- Coordinate and consolidate IT budget and forecast inputs across services, projects, cost centers and regions, ensuring consistent assumptions and reliable planning data.
- Analyze and structure IT spending, cost drivers, budget deviations and financial risks applying TBM principles to identify relevant developments, inconsistencies and areas requiring attention.
- Develop recommendations to improve the cost efficiency and financial performance of the IT portfolio.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards and relevant KPIs for senior IT and Finance stakeholders, turning complex data into clear conclusions.
- Collaborate with IT Leads, Business Partners, Finance, Controlling and Accounting to clarify financial information and understand the operational drivers behind the numbers.
- Support the evaluation of IT initiatives and business cases, including investment requirements,



cost developments and financial implications.
- Support the further development of IT planning, governance and reporting processes, including the transition to SAP Analytics Cloud and improvements to data structures and reporting standards.

What You Bring

- Relevant professional experience in IT Governance, IT Financial Management, IT PMO, Business Performance, Business Analysis and similar.
- A solid understanding of Technology Business Management and practical experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting or comparable planning and steering activities.
- Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with complex data sets, combined with advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and work effectively across different organizational levels and functions.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP ERP or Power BI is beneficial but not required from day one.
