As we continue to grow, we are looking for an on-site IT Support Engineer with fluent English and a minimum of 2 years of experience in user support and IT infrastructure management, both on-site and remotely, including VIP user support. Provide technical support for hardware, software and end-user computing. Install, configure, update and replace IT equipment and applications.

Provide support for meeting rooms, video conferencing systems and mobile devices. Manage and keep the IT asset inventory up to date. Participate in technology projects and deployments. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support. Knowledge of IT environments and infrastructure in industrial plants.

Fluent

English, both written and spoken, for international meetings. (
