Assist with user and access management in Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA and SSO.

Support endpoint protection (EDR/antivirus) and basic security controls. Web, Domains & Hosting Assist in managing DNS records and domain configurations. Support SSL certificate renewals and basic website updates (WordPress/CMS).

IT Support & Operations Provide day-to-day IT support (N1/N2), both remote and on-site. Coordinate with external IT providers for issue resolution.
