- Client Interaction: Assist in coordinating Central Lab projects within clinical trials.

Communicate with clients, CROs, and clinical centres to ensure requirements are met.

Oversee the preparation of clinical trial kits and related materials.

- Sample &
- Logistics Management: Coordinate the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs, and clinical centres.

Liaise with courier services, manage queries, resolve incidents, and obtain necessary import-export permits.

- Orders &
- Supplier Management: Manage orders and suppliers, including placing orders, following up, and reviewing received items.
- Documentation &
- Compliance:



Prepare and maintain Central Lab technical documentation (e.g., Lab Manuals, Clinical Forms).

What we are looking for: University degree or professional training in Life Sciences.

Organized, methodical, and proactive with strong attention to detail.

Proven experience in coordinating and executing projects.

Excellent level of English; additional languages a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and hands-on approach.

High motivation and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international team.
