As a Junior Software Engineer in the TechOps team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer Operations.

You will own incident governance, triage complex data/system anomalies, and build a reliable platform that scales effortlessly with our expanding client base. Proactive Monitoring & Observability: System Capacity & Performance: Experience operating close to production in Software Engineering roles managing production environments.

and getting your hands dirty to solve complex problems.

Experience or familiarity working with Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).

Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
