We are looking for a Mid iOS Engineer to take our native iOS applications, used by millions of users, to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with our front-end team to explore new ways for our top-tier clients to engage with technology, delivering world-class experiences across Apple devices, from smartphones, tablets, AppleTV and beyond.

Your main activities will be:

- Work on custom projects and in-house products of international scope, mostly of the video streaming sector.
- Get involved in all project stages: analysis, estimation, documentation, coding, bug fixing, and support.
- Keep open communication with the team and customers.
- Cooperate with our Solution Architects to ensure the solution delivers the required quality.
- Cooperate with other team members to write software based on backlog items.
- Cooperate with testers to ensure they are engaged and ready to test the software at the right time in the development cycle.
- Get stuff done and take a proactive approach to work.
- Assume responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the apps.

Required skills and experience:

- 3+ years of hands-on iOS development experience, with a genuine interest in the platform and the latest iOS news from Apple.
- Solid experience with Swift 5 and the foundational iOS frameworks, including proven experience shipping consumer-facing apps.
- Solid experience using Xcode, SwiftUI and Auto Layout to create advanced UIs.
- Experience writing modular and reusable views, and familiarity with techniques for building apps that support different layouts for iPhones, iPads and AppleTV.
- Good working knowledge of software design patterns and Native App Development best practices.




- Experience with best-in-class front end app architectures (MVVM, MVC, MVP).
- Willingness to trial, test, and adopt new technologies.
- Confident diagnosing and debugging issues.
- Good understanding of memory management and optimisation techniques.
- Experience writing custom UI components and libraries.
- Experience with dependency management.
- Working knowledge of Apple's human interface guidelines, design best practices, coding and naming guidelines.
- Experience with all the usual stuff (multi-threading, integration with REST APIs, view animations, custom transitions, etc…).
- Exposure to TDD and testing suites.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and comfortable working alongside the DevOps engineer.
- Experience with Git.
- Good understanding of agile practices.
- English language proficiency.
