Role Description The Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. This role supports daily office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.

Associate will assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports, and help coordinate logistics for trainings, events, and meetings. The position involves greeting visitors, responding to inquiries,
and providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, document management, and record keeping.
- Experience in Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries, support visitors, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Basic Accounting skills, such as managing invoices, expense tracking, and supporting financial record maintenance.
- Comfort with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars) and general computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural setting and demonstrate reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
- Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
