We just moved to Barcelona from the United States. Our daughter understands Spanish and speaks it a bit (she's still gaining confidence). We probably want to settle on something like 3 days per week on sitting with occasional times where 5 days per week are necessary when one parent is out of town. There will almost always be at least one parent home working during the evenings when sitting is needed.
