As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll proactively connect with qualified leads and existing customers, understand their travel aspirations and turn conversations into high-value cruise bookings.

This is a true B2C sales role where you'll own your customer portfolio, create opportunities, reactivate customers and take responsibility for your individual sales and revenue performance.

Your Impact

- Make proactive outbound calls to qualified leads and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and reactivate previous customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored cruise solutions.
- Manage objections and confidently close bookings.
- Drive conversion, revenue and upselling.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
- Own your individual sales performance and build your earnings through performance.

Your Journey so far

- Experience in outbound sales, telesales, B2C sales or business development.
- Strong commercial mindset and results orientation.
- Confidence making outbound calls and proactively engaging customers.
- Strong objection handling and closing skills.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
- Languages: German,



Austrian German & Swiss German; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Full right to work in Spain.
