We're looking for the person that will own paid media in Zernio end to end.

Zernio is a bootstrapped team of 8 in Spain building marketing infrastructure for AI agents. We recently crossed $3M in ARR in less than 13 months and have over 5,000 paying users.

From day one you own the full paid pipeline by hand: research, creatives, copy, landing pages, tracking, iteration, reporting... basically everything.

Your goal is not only to handle paid media, but to build the autonomous system that handles it, our agent madison.sh. Madison is an ambitious project built on top of the Zernio ads API. The Zernio Ads API is already handling $50M in monthly spend from our users. Madison is a project that has just been born, but our goal is to advance it and open source it for our users.

The person that we're looking for needs 2 basic but non-negotiable things: is a developer, and has managed paid ads in the past.

This person will work alone,



without supervision, and without a team. You won't get told what to do, but the team will always be available to help you achieve what you want to achieve.

You will work long hours but will participate in a project that's growing fast, and that growth will also reward you.

If you don't work well without a manager, need to be told what to do, or prefer not having this level of responsibility, Zernio is not for you.
