This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain) .

✨ Your Role

- Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Continuously testing and rotating creatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conducting experiments to refine strategies and creative approaches.
- Contributing data-driven insights to the creative development process.
- Managing tracking, reporting and automation of campaign performance.
- Presenting actionable insights and performance results to key stakeholders.

? What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
- Experience working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau or similar).




- Very good understanding of digital data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
- Fluent proficiency in English.

?Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

- Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in beauty/wellness/health industry.
- Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Italian, Spanish.
