Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.

Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure Support

Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies. Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.



Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.

Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets. Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records. Project & Site Support Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure projects.

Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments. Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.

Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points).

Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control. Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.
