- Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.
- Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure

Support • Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.

- Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.




- Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities. Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
- Project & Site Support • Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure projects.
- Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.
- Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.

Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.

- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points).
- Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.
