We are looking for a Platform Operations Engineer to join an international team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and continuous improvement of a business-critical integration platform. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on platform operations and advanced production support. The project You will join an international technology environment where reliability, operational excellence and automation are at the core of the platform strategy.
Working within an enterprise integration platform, you will support production environments, lead the resolution of complex technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of both the platform and its operational processes.
Responsibilities Provide L3 production support for the Mule Soft platform. Lead the resolution of critical incidents, advanced troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Ensure the stability, availability and performance of the platform. Manage and administer Flex Gateway (API Gateway).
Administer Open
Shift environments. Coordinate and support deployments, releases and production changes. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Follow ITIL best practices for incident, change and problem management.
Requirements5+ years of experience administering and operating Mule Soft platforms in production environments. Strong experience administering Flex Gateway (API Gateway).
Experience managing Open Shift platforms. Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (Ia C).
Experience working with Git Hub and version control workflows. Operational knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Experience working within ITIL frameworks. Professional working proficiency in English (C1). Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
