What This Role Is About?

As our next Project Manager for our Palma de Mallorca office, you'll play a key role in keeping our project portfolio on track. Rather than owning a single project end to endLink to URLOpen in new tab, your focus will be broader: knowing what's happening across all the projects and teams in the office, spotting risks early, and making sure everything is moving in the right direction. Think of it as a PMO-style role where you're the person who always has the full picture.

You'll be working across a varied portfolio of projects spanning different cloud platforms, technologies, and sectors , from Digital Health solutions to Vision AI projects, SAP Cloud extensions, and more. Don't worry if you're not an expert in all of them,



what matters most is that you're organized, proactive, and comfortable having visibility over several moving parts at once, even when they don't all look the same.

Your Mission

Be the person who always knows what's going on across main projects, and help keep everyone, team leads, stakeholders, and leadership, aligned, informed, and moving forward.

Your Focus Will Be On

- Coordinating with project teams across the different projects running in the Palma office.
- Supporting onboarding of new projects or team members, making sure everyone starts with the context they need in Trifork and the Projects allocations.
- Maintaining a clear, up-to-date view of project portfolio, so priorities and capacity are always visible. Supporting resource planning and helping balance workload.
- Facilitating check-ins, follow-ups, and status reviews to keep everyone aligned.
- Running internal projects to ensure Trifork Spain Targets stay on quality and time.
- Identifying issues early and helping teams find practical solutions before they become bigger problems.
- Keeping project documentation, budgets, and forecasts up to date and easy to follow for both the team and leadership.
- Flagging scope, budget, or timeline deviations early, and helping put a plan in place to get things back on track.

Your Qualifications We believe you will thrive in this role if you:

- Have solid, mid-senior experience (4+ years) as a Project Manager, PMO, or similar, ideally having worked and overseen multiple projects or teams at the same time.




- Are comfortable being the point of reference for "what's happening" across several projects or reporting teams, not just running one project from start to finish.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, and know how to keep both technical teams and stakeholders informed and aligned when needed.
- Have experience with project tracking, reporting, and status follow-up tools and methods — whatever methodology you've used (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, or your own structured approach), we're interested in how you've applied it.
- Are fluent in English and Spanish.
- Project Management certifications nice to have ( PMO, ITLS,...)

The Compensation Package Includes

- Gross salary in the range of 33k€ - 38k€ based on experience and value contribution
