? At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:

Procurement Project Management:

- Receive order lists and initiate procurement documentation.
- Invite suppliers to register in ARIBA and coordinate due diligence.
- Prepare evaluation reports and manage internal approvals.

Supplier Management:

- Review supplier information and documents uploaded to ARIBA.
- Manage supplier registration approvals.
- Conduct credit evaluations using the comprehensive scoring method for each project and annually.

Audit & Data Requests:

- Collaboratively handle audits and data collection tasks requested by headquarters.
- Periodic review of finalized contracts with the contract management team.
- Updates the procurement registry.

Contract Management Support:

- Review and correct contract data in the ERP-Ariba system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Validate contract modifications during approval workflows.
- Finalize contract approval by reviewing drafts, guiding corrections, identifying authorized signatories, and issuing confirmation sheets.

Policy Review & Internal Training:

- Review and update internal contract management policies.
- Organize and deliver internal training sessions on contract management procedures.

Reporting and Supplier Compliance Evaluation:





- Collect and assess supplier compliance with contractual obligations.

Other related tasks include (but are not limited to):

- Compile summaries of contracts with individuals.
- Review and verify contracts with discrepancies or anomalies in amounts, ensuring consistency between ERP-Ariba records and vigente contracts

? Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- Master's degree will be highly valued.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, related to Procurement is desired but not mandatory.
- English & Spanish (Advanced Level - C1).
- Chinese will be a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SAP desired.
