We’re looking for an R&D; / Innovation Coordinator to support R&D; incentive and innovation projects across Spain and the UK .

Location: Spain | Fully remote

Contract: Freelance | 1 year

Start date: ASAP

Rate: Up to €172/day

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years’ experience in project coordination or project management
- Background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and strong data management skills
- Experience managing timelines, deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with process improvement, change management or automation
- Ideally, knowledge of R&D; tax incentives, public funding, finance/tax consulting or technology projects
- Confidence working with Finance, HR/People, technical teams, management and external advisors





The role You’ll coordinate R&D; incentive projects across Spain and the UK, manage documentation and deadlines, support data collection and process automation, drive internal adoption of R&D; tracking processes and help ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Occasional travel to the Barcelona office may be required for audits.
