Commission only means what it says: there is no salary. Some agents get to a stable income within their first couple of months; for others it takes longer. That is why we recommend roughly six months of savings — runway to learn the market and build a proper pipeline.

Beyond that there is no ceiling: commission is 50-70%, paid daily. The US$2.4M above is our best earner, not our average. But he is real.
