Roc360 is a premier US fintech servicing the largest asset class in the world: the $36 trillion US residential real estate market. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in New York City, Roc360 is an industry leader in the residential investor market, providing billions of dollars in loans each year to enable real estate investors to acquire properties for short-term "fix & flip" and long-term rental strategies. The company has a integral footprint across 4 continents with over 350 employees.
Roc360 Spain, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is expanding its team in Madrid. Our existing Spanish hub supports the US core business across critical areas including loan underwriting, closing, appraisal management, technology, finance, and loan servicing.
Roc360 originates thousands of lending opportunities in the US each month through a combination of third-party brokers and an internal sales team.
All lending opportunities are individually assessed by our internal loan underwriting department. This team completes detailed credit assessments in line with Roc360’s lending criteria and recommends loans to the Credit Committee for approval. Loan sizes vary from $100k to $30M, secured by US single-family properties, multi-family units, mixed-use buildings, and large property portfolios (5+ units).
