Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Global Automation Implementation Project Lead in one of our opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry in Barcelona?

Your missions?

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of global automation projects, from initiation to successful delivery.

• Own the project execution: timeline, budget, resources, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, and overall delivery .

• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and objectives in alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (automation, engineering, IT, production, quality) and external suppliers to ensure smooth implementation.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation and corrective actions when needed.

• Ensure that automation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and compliance standards in a regulated pharma environment.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication to stakeholders at global and site level.

• Support change management and adoption of new automation solutions across plants, including 30% on-site work in French-speaking countries and 30% on-site commitment in the Americas (primarily the USA) .

✍️ Your profile?





• Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience (background and nationality: indifferent).

• At least 3–5 years of experience as Project Manager / PM Automation Engineer managing automation projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

• Proven experience in project management for automation plants (planning, budgeting, risk management, supplier coordination, stakeholder management).

• Knowledge of English at C2 level; Spanish and French are a plus.

• Ability to work in a multicultural team, travel frequently (Europe and Americas), and adapt to a dynamic, international environment.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with integral automation programs or multi-site implementation projects would be a plus.
