Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients. Good command of English and Spanish for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus).

Existing partner, affiliate, community, or KOL resources that can contribute value in the short term.

Experience in digital platforms, online services, fintech, or other performance-driven industries, or strong personal familiarity with similar ecosystems.
