At IDILIQ Group , we are looking for a Resort Systems Specialist to join our ICT team and support the hospitality technology platforms that keep our resorts running smoothly.

This role is adecuado for someone with experience in resort or hotel systems, especially Oracle Micros Simphony POS and exposure to OPERA Cloud PMS , who enjoys working closely with operational teams, vendors, and ICT colleagues.

You will help support restaurants, bars, Front Office, Finance, Revenue and resort operations by ensuring systems are reliable, well configured, integrated, and easy for users to work with.

The Role

As part of the Resort Systems team, you will administer, support, improve, and help evolve a range of hospitality systems across our properties, including POS, PMS, payment integrations, reporting tools, and guest-facing technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support and configure Oracle Micros Simphony POS and assist with OPERA Cloud PMS administration.
- Manage menus, revenue centres,



promotions, users, permissions, operational settings and related system configuration.
- Troubleshoot POS, PMS, payment, hardware, reporting and integration issues, coordinating with Oracle and third-party vendors when needed.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, new venue openings, testing, documentation, training and continuous improvement activities.

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience supporting hospitality technology systems, ideally Oracle Micros Simphony POS and/or OPERA Cloud PMS.

✔ Good understanding of hotel, resort, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Finance or Revenue operations.

✔ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

✔ Knowledge of integrations, payment gateways, reporting tools, SQL or Oracle Hospitality products would be an advantage.

✔ Professional level English and/or Spanish.
