Key Responsibilities

- Conduct ongoing product and market trends research. Identify and assess new market opportunities, competition and product development resources.
- Gather information on availability, pricing, orders status from suppliers.
- Attend trade shows to evaluate products and trends.
- Communicate sourcing opportunities to buyers for evaluation and potential purchase.
- Coordinate buyer trips, scheduling manufacturer visits, and accompany buyers to facilitate the selection and negotiation process.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

- Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.




- Extensive knowledge of brands, product categories, and manufacturers, gained through hands-on experience and professional training.
- Good communication skills to discuss orders with buyers of all TJX Divisions.
- Able to build relationships, be personable, maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with others
- Experience with Microsoft to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with frequent national and international travel.
