Silent Focus is looking for either 1 full time intern or 2 part time interns. The owner of Silent Focus is working on a start up that will be launching in Oct and a lot of work needs to be done before launch and after the MVP is tested.

Silent Focus is a corporate retreat company located in Barcelona, Spain. We specialize in team building with at least 24hrs of silence. We also offer regular retreats, and retreats for CEOs. This innovative environment offers interns the opportunity to learn how intentional focus and calm communication can strengthen organizational performance and leadership effectiveness. In addition a new start up is launching that has to do with silence and technology.

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Silent Focus in expanding its reach and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with outbound and inbound sales activities, helping prepare and update sales materials, and supporting basic customer communication. The intern will contribute to marketing efforts by gathering market research, assisting with digital outreach campaigns, and tracking engagement metrics.

Additional responsibilities will involve coordinating with team members on updating CRM entries, and providing general support to sales and marketing initiatives. For the right candidate complete control of the Instagram strategy for Silent Focus and the new start up.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills,



with the ability to interact professionally with prospects and clients.
- Experience in B2B and B2C Sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales processes.
- Intermediate understanding of marketing principles, strong digital communication tools, and online research methods.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Instgram growth strategies
- Likes following up in sales in linkedIn and/or by email
- Preferably someone Biilingual in Spanish and English, Catalan an asset but not necessary

Nice to Have

Masters in Digital Marketing or Masters in Sales

Experience in Startup ecosystems in sales and marketing

Interest in meditation and wellness

Perferably someone living in Spain or even Barcelona is an asset.

Compensation

Invitation to a silent retreat and other silent events

Come at the ground level of a new start up and learn and do so many things

Part Time: 100€ a month

Full Time: 200€ a month

Posibility of a future job when the company expands throughout Europe.

Must be a native Spanish speaker.
